Now you can control your SHOUTcast and if you have one, auto DJ over MSN. Simply add:
shoutcasts@tech-hosts.co.uk
To your MSN Messenger as a contact.
To add MSN addresses that can manage the SHOUTcasts in your account go to:
Login to the Tech Hosts SHOUTcast control System > Click Servers > Click Manage for the SHOUTcast you want to be able to control > Click Messenger Service Control
From there you will be able to manage the MSN addresses that can manage the SHOUTcast. You will also be able to choose what priveleges they have. If you have an auto DJ, these could be only to start/stop the Auto DJ, for example. It is very easy to manage accounts, and this provides a fast solution for you to be able to kick someone off your SHOUTcast (by restarting) and change the SHOUTcast password.
